Winter 09 Hottest Girls Survey
I was inspired by Gareth from 5FM… his survey last year sometime I think, asked which cities in South Africa had the hottest girls… but with Winter over and the lead up to Summer on its way… I wanted to find out which Provinces had the best looking and hottest girls thru winter! Its all about the winter fashions and which Province pulls it off the best!

I’ll take a guess and say Western Cape simply because they’ve got the most people online and Capetonians can argue their stadium looks better than Durban’s although the rest of the world know thats not true!
