Earn Big Bucks, Be a Car Guard

At a party over the weekend a group of friends and I somehow got onto the topic of Car Guards and one of the guys chimed up saying, ‘Hey, have you ever wondered how much Car Guards earn?!’ We all looked at him not really sure, coz probably none of us had! He went on to give a little bit of a mathematical breakdown of their earning potential.
If the average Car Gaurd gets tipped between R2 and R5 per parking bay (so lets average that to R3.50 per bay) and looks after a specific group of 10 bays. Lets take a guess and assume that each parking bay rotates with new cars an average of 10 times a day. He is actually doing pretty well per day! Lets look at it via the maths.
R3.50 per person x 10 cars = R35.00
R35.00 per rotation x 10 rotations = R350.00 per day!
R350.00 per day x 25 working days (roughly) = R8750.00 per month!
Not bad hey! There is potentially a bit of a business there! If they simply increase their Parking Bay count by another 10 they walk away with a wopping R17,500.00 per month!!
I am in the wrong business!!
Upside:- Really good earnings for a job that appears to give you loads of free time!
Downside:- You probably couldn’t pull out your laptop and start writing posts for your blog!

Lol, thought about this too before. The pro list was a little longer though with things like:
* All cash business.
* No Taxes… (which would be about +/-R57 000)
* Stress what stress? Seriously no traffic, no boss yelling at you, no deadlines & no admin ;D
Hey Afflict!
You are spot on! I had also considered the fact that it is a totally cash business and you can nearly avoid all taxes!
I suppose the only real stress would be if a thief did come and try to steal a car… but I believe the odds are quite low!
